Walking 03:08
Walking down the street wonderin' faces I'd meet If I got to work on time. But with the sun out the birds and the bees Are what's occupying my mind. My lady at home all alone Should I just quit my job and find Another for they are a dime a dozen Where she is one of a kind. I can't see myself with another she Rocks my world like no other A girl so fine, I wanna stay mine So all I do is offer my time. Spend the days under the sheets Time flies when you're creating heat. Lost my job but I don't mind a bit Cause this is the girl I'm meant to be with. And maybe one day we'll move far away But til then we'll have fun where we lay For as long as we're singin' and dancin' to our own beats I have no complaints. I can't see myself with another she Rocks my world like no other A girl so fine, I wanna stay mine So all I do is offer my time. All I do is offer my time.

I'm sitting here typing out my morning blues, Figured I would take a seat, fill a page or two. My father was never a quitter and my mother would never swear. How I became this outlaw is a cross I have to bear. Know when I am losing, I can let my faults shine. But when I get home to you Everything feels just fine. Oh, the country air. The moon so bright. The way you have the fire lit warm every night. When I am home with you I'm feeling alright. Cause when I am home with you Love's the only thing in sight. Some days when I am working, I can't get you off my mind. Lord knows on all others, you're the last one to be kind. We all have our faults but you always look past mine. Which is why when I get home, I always feel fine. Oh, the country air. The moon so bright. The way you have the fire lit warm every night. When I am home with you I'm feeling alright. Cause when I am home with you Love's the only thing in sight. I look into those eyes. I stare back to your heart. Hold me tight at night. Lift me up when I fall apart. Even when the skies are grey And the sun ain't that bright, You can always make me smile With that laugh that I like. Oh, the country air. The moon so bright. The way you have the fire lit warm every night. When I am home with you You know baby, you make me feel alright. Cause when I am home with you Love's the only thing in sight. Cause when I am home with you Love's the only thing in sight.

Oh, I was raddlin' down the road along highway number four. It was dark outside and the moon was bright on highway number four. Along the road the ocean roared and called my soul to shore. I grabbed the open whiskey and I slammed my god damn door. Momma said don't be too late, she'd rather that I stay. She said call me when you get home, but I know she'll lay awake. Pacing on the hardwood floor as I float along the sea. Lord, why don't you take my soul and let my body be? I tied down my ankle. I stepped into sea. I never wrote a note. No one will ever know. Until they find my red wagon Down by the ocean shore. On another full moon night On highway number four.

about

Brendon and Tiffany have daydreamed and discussed the idea of releasing albums that are outside of their regularly scheduled genre of Dream Pop. They wondered, what is a genre that is slightly similar, yet vastly different? Country.

Recorded under their label Kick Me Records, the 3-track ep includes a revisit of their previously released song, "Walking," a romantic duet, and a song about ending it all.
